Customer Service Representative
FMA seeks an individual to help provide our potential and existing customers with exceptional customer service.
Duties will include: Responding to phone calls, emails, and customer service tickets from current & prospective customers. You will help the existing customers to manage their accounts and assist with changes to service. Follow-up with customers, as needed, by telephone, email, or customer service tickets. You will explain to potential customers how our service works and the benefits to their marketing campaigns. You will manage prospects through our sales pipeline and onboard new customers by helping customers with online sign-ups, including coordinating the delivery of postcard artwork to our printing vendor. Other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates will show:
- Prior experience in the direct marketing industry
- Excellent grammar and written skills
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Past Customer Service Experience
- Familiarity with Internet web services. We use FreshSales, FreshDesk, Slack, PivotalTracker, and our own websites.
- Some experience with Adobe InDesign preferred but not required.
Hourly Rate: $30/hour. We pay hourly with 30-40 hours per week expected. Work hours are somewhat flexible during weekday business hours. We are a family-owned company and provide flexibility to balance family responsibilities into workday while still fulfilling work commitment.
Benefits: 401K plan available to full-time employees after one year of service.
Vacation: 1-2 weeks per year depending on the number of hours worked. Note our busiest sales time is from August - April.
